Agave Design Studio offers two decades of expertise in design-build landscaping. Owners Keith and Vanessa Brady, started and ran Brady’s Landscaping for 18 years, providing landscape maintenance, lot clearing, and full-service landscaping. During this time they found their true love lied in the design-build aspect of landscaping! This is how Agave Design Studio came to life.
After finding a local Boerne company to take over Brady’s Landscaping and give the same attention that they had for so many years, they were able to change their focus to Agave Design Studio. Keith and Vanessa are now offering stunning, and luxuriously-styled environments. Their team is compromised of like-minded individuals who thrive on making their clients dream come to life!

OUR PROCESS.
KICK-OFF
First, we’ll review your site to identify important views, trees, and fencing needs, and we’ll discuss the ways you’ll be using your outdoor spaces—does that include a pool, a lawn area for recreational games or a vegetable garden, an outdoor kitchen, etc. And, most importantly, your vision for the landscape.
PLANNING
As a starting place, we’ll need to see any site analysis or current plans of your space—the plate, tree surveys, topo maps, architectural, or any others. We will obtain community guidelines and applicable city requirements, and present it all with our proposed utility locations on a “base map”.
CREATIVE
We will begin with designs for the hardscape elements along with defined planting and lawn areas. After review and consent, we will suggest a planting palette and prepare a preliminary estimate. Upon approval of design and estimates, construction plans will be submitted to POA / HOA or City approvals.
BUILD
With the design finalized and a proposal approved, we will determine you start date and oversee the build at each phase. Often the hardscape elements will be constructed first, followed by the softscape. During site visits, any questions that arise will be addressed on site through completion.
preservation
At completion, we will walk through the irrigation and lighting systems with you, provide an as-built irrigation plan and suggested watering guide for your use, and get you connected to applicable apps for ease of operation. And finally, we will share our list of trade partners for on-going maintenance to ensure your landscape will continue to flourish.
